Hello!

Welcome to my open recipe book. I got most of these recipes from friends or found them at the back of chocolate bars, in books or on-line...I believe good recipes should be shared and this is why I have created this website!

I am always looking for opportunities to travel, study and work in other countries. This has given me many chances to taste different foods, change my staples and experience different ways of eating. I encourage you to do the same!

You might notice there is no calorie count for my recipes. I believe we ought to find our own balance between food portions and life styles. So enjoy your food but make sure you don't over eat, and exercise daily.
